The results are in — The Plug-in Mood Snapshot Survey
We reached out to older Australians to gauge their experiences of 2022 and understand how people are feeling about the year ahead in 2023. We want to thank the 184 people who took the time to share their thoughts and experiences in such detail – thank you! While many people had mixed feelings about events or circumstances throughout 2022 (62%), 67% felt positive when reflecting on their life at the end of 2022.
This is the same level of positivity that we saw from those who took our Plug-in Mood Snapshot survey in early 2022.
| |
Calling people aged 65+ living in southern metropolitan Adelaide and foothills!
The Plug-in is recruiting for its newest project exploring the ways you would prefer to receive urgent healthcare services. Click here to find out more and register your interest!

Fleurieu Neighbourhood Network
The Fleurieu Neighbourhood Network is planning a full calendar of excursions and outings throughout 2023 and we’re excited to potentially schedule a special personally guided tour of Sophie’s Patch with Sophie Thompson herself. While her March to May garden tour calendar is already quickly booking out, we have an opportunity to schedule a special tour with Sophie for 30 or more people.

Tour cost is $30 per person and includes a delicious morning or afternoon tea of homemade cakes made using Sophie’s home grown produce.
If you are interested in attending a tour, and are fit and able to walk across a three-acre rural property that includes slopes, please advise us directly: - Which day of the week is preferred
- If you require transport to Mount Barker
- If you are able to transport yourself to Mount Barker and potentially take other participants with you.

| |
What other activities would you like to participate in? We want to know what other types of activities and destinations for excursions you’d like to see on the Fleurieu Neighbourhood Network calendar.
